It sure is! the dinnervine has brought me much inspiration over the past few years. Cooking and photography have become creative outlets I always new I liked, but never knew I loved— this much. That’s not to say I haven’t been cooking or snapping photos for a long time, but the realization that both were passions, is somewhat recent & very gratifying.
So, where does dinnervine photography come into the mix? Well, cooking and developing homemade recipes is a hobby all in itself (if not a second job!) The photography adds a vitality & wonderment throughout the process.
You know, I don’t ONLY love taking pictures of edibles (shocking right?), but it turns out people and places are pretty memorable too. DV Photography online, is a small compilation of creative musings behind my lens. I appreciate the simplistic details of an average day, and love to capture these moments anytime I’m able.
Slow down! I tell myself. Relish in this moment, with these friends. Easier said than done, but dinnervine photography will find it’s home rooted in what it knows best — food styling & photography. Though, it will just as passionately serve as an open canvas, capturing special moments for special individuals by means of beautiful images. Wether these shots are at the dinner table, the round table, or birthday-cake table, I’m excited to bring them to you!
Dinnervine photography specializes in stylized food photos, artistic, simple & rustic. We also specialize in candid shots of great people — family photos, a little less formal, a little more real. Sweet times with you, little ones, random other people you care about possibly — or even not — all in good lighting, scenery, and in great fun! I welcome any projects in Southern California, and am excited to work with you on food styling & family shoots. Please contact me directly with inquiries — looking forward to capturing those moments I know you’ll want to remember.
Many thanks for visiting!
Lyndsy
